The Kitasoo First Nation is legally entitled to the use of the trademarked name Spirit Bear. The Kitasoo have purchased the domain spiritbear.com from Bruce Smith who runs Oregon wine country tours. He owned the domain for many years and used it to promote his business. Visitors to this site who are looking for information on Bruce's tours are now referred to his new internet address.
